How do I reserve my items?
Items can be reserved over the phone or in person by appointment only.

Does Let’s Gather Party Rentals deliver?
Let’s Gather Party Rentals does not deliver. All items will need to be picked up at the time agreed upon at Let’s Gather Party Rentals at 4411 Highway 115, Pocahontas, Arkansas.
Does Let’s Gather Party Rentals set up and clean up?
No, Let’s Gather Party Rentals does not set up or clean up. Tablecloths and linens will be returned after usage and will be laundered by Let’s Gather Party Rentals.
What is the payment policy?
Rental items will be reserved only upon a receipt of this signed rental agreement and a 50 percent non-refundable booking deposit. The final balance must be paid 14 days prior to the scheduled reservation date and is non-refundable.
What is the return policy?
All rental items must be returned to Let’s Gather Party Rentals within the rental period specified on the “Rental Order” of the agreement.
What is the late return policy?
Customer will have extended rental charges of $50 assessed for each 24-hour period it is late. If equipment is not returned within 4 days of the “Return Date” listed on this Rental Agreement, such failure shall constitute as an unauthorized taking and Let’s Gather Party Rentals may consider such equipment stolen and take all steps necessary to recover said equipment, including charging the customer at replacement cost listed on the invoice, and shall be due upon billing in addition to the rental charge.
How do I change or adjust my order?
Email, call, or text Let’s Gather Party Rentals up to 14 days of your rental order.
What is the cancellation policy?
Customer may cancel rental(s) at any time. If cancellation is prior to 14 days of event, a refund will be issued minus the 50 percent non-refundable booking deposit. If cancellation is within 14 days of the event, full payment of the rental contract shall be due by client
What is the damage/replacement policy?
In the event a rental item is returned to Let’s Gather Party Rentals stained, damaged, or in broken condition, the customer will be charged the full replacement cost + 10% restocking fee.
